The Brick Protector: Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been carefully packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Estimated Shipping Times
To provide the highest quality specialized acrylic cases at competitive prices, we work directly with premium manufacturers in China. This direct-from-source model allows us to offer a wider variety of protector sizes that are not typically available in local retail at the lowest price.

Estimated Delivery to Europe: 7–12 business days.

Note: We currently only ship to Europe. We do not service the United States.
Once your tracking number is provided, please allow 48–72 hours for the carrier’s system to update with the initial scan. You can track your order directly via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Damages During Transit
We take great pride in our packaging. However, acrylic is a fragile material. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If your case arrives cracked or damaged, you must report it to support@thebrickprotector.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the shipping box to be eligible for a free replacement.
Customs & Duties
For our customers in the European Union, we utilize shipping methods that include IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop). This means VAT is handled at checkout, and you should not face additional customs clearance fees upon delivery within the EU.
