The Brick Protector: Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all protective films intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: As a specialized retailer, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Authorization: Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues (72-Hour Inspection)
Because acrylic is a fragile material, we require that any shipping damage, cracks, or missing components be reported to support@thebrickprotector.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the exterior packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Protective Films & Original Condition
Most cases ship with a protective film (often brown or opaque) to prevent scratches. This is not a defect. Once this film has been peeled off or the case has been assembled, the item is no longer in "original condition" and is ineligible for a standard return.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in its original condition with protective films intact.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
